Today I feel compelled to post that I thoroughly enjoyed Paula Jenkin’s presentation at a local Chamber event. I highly recommend her for any speaking engagement. I love her strong and refreshing real approach to presenting herself in a real way that’s not only relatable but engaging and entertaining. Everyone at the seminar truly enjoyed it. The topic of communication from a leadership perspective was interesting and I can only say Hire Her if you can use great insight on how to work better with your team as well gain some insight on your own communication style. I have never been a huge fan of assessment testing until Paula at LFS. Here is why....she actually tied it to something that not only made sense but overwhelmed me like a firehose. She, in simple language for a simple guy, demonstrated how to leverage the information with supercharged communications which in turn creates high performing teams at multiple levels. BOOM....I have already recommended her to my network and "encouraged" them to call Paula and start making powerful use of powerful data.
